Deepen Your Practice with Gilbert Gutierrez

Deepen Your Practice with Gilbert Gutierrez.
Dharma Heir of Master Sheng Yen

Practicing diligently and consistently, we develop the skill of self-realization. We reflect instead of react.  Peace and calmness become the constant force in our life.  The ultimate goal of Chan practice is to personally realize true freedom within our original nature and to know the depth of our connectedness with others. This is the wisdom and compassion of Chan.
